The coupon can either be mailed to you or e-mailed to you. The website allows you to click on your preference. I chose the by-mail method first. After I completed the form with mailing information, next was the option to download four (4) different coupons: Downy Wrinkle Releaser $1, Dryel $2, Dreft $.50 and Evercare Lint Roller $1
Then I decided to have one e-mailed to me. First, in my inbox was a mail delivery message error (???), but in my "spam" was the e-mail with the link to a downloadable/print coupon. I didn't print one though. I'm almost sure the option to download the same four (4) coupons mentioned above was available this way as well.
