Thanks everyone! After researching again...I have a D Link for a laptop. What can I put in my Dell desktop to adapt to this so I don't have to run the cable for the comcast connection? I woudl like to make it a wireless connection. Is this possible?

Either a wireless desktop card like this one @ CC for 39.99 which would need to be installed in a pci slot.

Depending on your D-Link router model (Wireless 108G, Wireless G, or Wireless 108AG) D link makes a USB wireless adapter. Here is the D-Link page link:

D Link wireless Router in the house. I have a dell desktop that has no internet access at this time. Can I get something to adapt this. You can see that I really dont understand what I am looking for....The model is 802.11g/2.4GHz.
