I'm So Mad With Radio Shack!
 

I placed an order on Monday from them for a camera and a laptop mouse. I just checked the status of my order and they charged me for 3 cameras and 2 mice!!!! i dunno I saved on the shipping costs by having it delivered to the store. And this is what they do. I have to go pick it up tomorrow and they better not give me a hard time. I have the printout of my shopping cart to show them.

I have not shopped at a Radio Shack since 1982. I was so poor then and bought a lil professor Radio Shack brand calculator for DD's birthday. It did not work and they refused to exchange it. I had a receipt and it was THEIR brand.

I hope you have a better experience with them.

same here mary, i do not like radio shack. they have crummy electronics. very cheap!

An ex-boyfriend of mine worked at a Radio Shack for several
years. He told me never to buy anything from them even
though he could get stuff for me with his employee discount.

Just an update - I picked up my camera and was only charged for the one and not 3, so it turned out ok. But I double checked my credit card to be sure and the charge is correct.

Good,I'm glad it worked out ok for you. I haven't bought much from there but I do have a watch that the alarm goes off every day to take my medicine and I've been wearing it for almost 10 years now. It's still going strong and I've never even had to get a new battery for it. :thumbsup:
