Private trainer
 

Does anyone have a private trainer? I have had one for almost a year and everytime I am doing another pushup or crunch I wonder why I am paying someone to put me through this torture.speechless
On a positive note my 40 year old body is starting to really tone up and my arms no longer jiggle when I wave hello/goodbye to someone.:partysmiley1:

lol I think that's what I need. A drill sergeant to get me motivated! ;)

My mom and I had one when I was 16-18...as soon as we were done, we'd run outside, hide around the corner and smoke. lol We paid someone to help us be healthy while we were smoking, we were such idiots. :D
