Canada Consumer Product Testing
What We Do…
The Consumer Product Testing Centre is part of the Food Processing Development Division of Alberta Agriculture and Food. We work with Alberta’s agri-food industry to develop new food products and processes that help add value to Alberta’s agricultural commodities. We are located in downtown Edmonton (in the Capital Health Centre) and are looking for consumers between the ages of 18-65 to help evaluate some of these new food products. We have a database of people who currently participate in taste panels and we would like to invite you to become involved. If you are eligible, we pay an honorarium of $10 to $25, depending on how long the panel will take and the type of product that is evaluated. Some groups use the honorarium to fundraise for charities or other events.
