ELIGIBILITY: The TripAdvisor Million Miles Sweepstakes ("Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) or older at the time of entry. The Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Promotion begins on March 23rd 2009 at 12:00pm Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 4th 2009 at 12:00pm ET (the "Entry Period"). Entries received prior to or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.

ENTRY: To enter, during the Entry Period, fill out the entry form. Once you submit the entry form, you will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. Limit: one (1) entry per person or email address, per week. Subsequent entries will be void. Any entries attempted through the use of agencies or robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar methods will be void.

DRAWING: On or about May 6th 2009, Sponsor will select the name of one (1) potential winner in a random drawing of all entries received.

PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive one million Continental Airlines OnePass miles and $5000 cash. (Approximate retail value: $25,000). Mile redemption is subject to OnePass program terms and conditions.
