I love pasta...I don't think I could cut it out of our menu completely. I would miss it too much and it is very easy on the budget. I think portion size is more of an enemy than the actual food itself. I am guilty of overeating something that I really love...I think most people are. I read an article once about food addiction. Some people medicate with food etc. It is supposed to be one of the worst addictions to overcome. Because you can't stop eating. Alcoholics can give up drinking can drug addicts. Food addicts have to learn to control the addiction more than that because you can't totally give it up, so you are way more tempted. :)
