an extremely fattening plate of kfc dinner. at least i gave the dog the 2nd piece of chicken. i think it's been 2 full years since i've eaten anything like that. i always do salad, fresh veggies, fruit, boneless chix breast, whole grain bread. my weakness is frozen yogurt.
it's been a very stressful month and i think i walked, jogged, ran, sprinted about 80 miles today - so i fed my face. i can feel the shrunken fat cells just giggling as they fill up. yuck. it'll be a few more years.
