I think that is fantastic Amy and I think Julie's suggestion is a good one. Weight Watchers is known for their healthy menus....good luck and keep all of us posted.
My only advice to you is drink lots of water, it helps keep your appetite in check and don't keep certain foods in the house. I'm a salty chip freak...I can eat a whole bag of ruffles, lol! So I only pick them up once every 4 to 6 weeks. We keep pretzels and other low fat snacks so I can graze on healthy treats. Hubby makes from scratch oatmeal, raisin and orange peel cookies every week...this way I can have some sweets and be getting fiber at the same time. There are a lot of healthy and delicious substitutions you can make so that you won't feel hungry or deprived!
