Good Luck Amy and they say the first step is deciding to do it. Weight watchers is a great source for support and i found that having someone give me guidelines as to the what and how much made it easier. Drinking water is good, keeping the junk out is good, unless you have a teenager who says your starving them.. speechless Don't totally deprive yourself and most important if you slip don't be hard on yourself. We're all here rooting for you
