Great Info! Remember, Move it or you Lose it!

I love walking. you are exercising without feeling like you are exercising. I walked 2miles 4 days a week when I was pregnant and it made a huge difference in how I felt. Now I just tell my little boy, "Let's go for a little walk." He always wants to go and we have some of our best conversations then.
