I've had insomnia since I was a baby. My mom said I would only sleep about 6 - 7 hours a day from the time I was about 3 months old (not a lot for an infant!) I seem to do well on 6 -7 hours, but I know that's not enough. I've tried exercise, meditation, sleep-inducing music, white noise, medication, herbs, no caffine, new matress, you name it! Any suggestions?
