Butterball or Jennie-O, whichever is on sale. The grocery store usually runs a good deal. Around 78 cents a pound with a $50 order, which is never problem for me. The brand never matters when I'm cooking the turkey in an oven bag. It's always moist and flavorful, never dry. I also think a main key is letting the turkey sit for awhile to maintain moisture. Don't cut it right out of the oven, that let's the juices out.
