Amen to that! I season the bird with Tony's and put it in a clean trash bag with a large bottle of Lea and Perrins, a bottle of Italian dressing and leave it in a cooler (with ice in the bottom) to marinate over night, turnng about every 2 hours. The secret is to fry it in peanut oil and the oil should be HOTwhen you add the turkey. It's "Slap yo mama good!"
