Low Country boil.
You sart with 1 1/2 gal water , two beers and a cup of old bay seasoning in pot and bring to boil. Then add new potatoes and quartered onions, let boil for 7 min. Then add a couple rings fof bologna/Keilbasa/polish sausages cut up in 3/4 inch peices( whichever you like) , boil for 7 minutes , then add a dozen ears sweetcorn snapped in half , boil for about 7 minutes again , then add your seafood choice , we used shrimp and boiled for 5 more minutes an then turn heat off and let sit for another 3 minutes..Then strain it out and dump on picnic table and dig in.toss all garbage into the pail you cooked it in.
Many variations can be made. You can use crab legs or claws instead of shrimp. Or crayfish.....We have added grean beans with the sweet corn. You could toss in mussels or clams at the end also.
You also can add a few glugs of hot sauce in too.
