When I bread chicken, I use flour, pinch of sugar. salt, pepper, cajun spice, and the best part: parmesan cheese! I also "double dip". Dip once, dunk in water or milk or buttermilk and roll again. Try it!!! The parmesan cheese really makes it great . Use a little or alot, whatever you like. Later....Leanne
