Last night, I fixed pan-fried steaks (the best one's I've ever done, by the way), oven fries, and microwaveable frozen veggies for the family.
Tonight it's going to be hamburgers with all the fixin's I think of at the time - so pretty nice ones, as I've got some wonderful standards to include.
