1. Entry Period/How to Enter:
The Philips Norelco "Upgrade Your Morning" Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on November 7, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2011 (the "Entry Period"). Visit
www.upgradeyourshave.com (the "Website") during the Entry Period and (a) agree to these Official Rules and the Philips Norelco terms of use and privacy policy; (b) follow the online instructions to complete all required fields to register, including name, address (no P.O. boxes accepted, only street or rural route addresses), city, state, zip code, phone number with area code, email address, and date of birth, on the Website and (c) submit registration to enter the sweepstakes.
Limit one entry per household, per email address, per day.
2. Prizes:
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a cash prize in the amount of $25,000.
Second Prize: Eight (8) Second Prize Winners will receive a Syntia™ stainless steel coffee machine, a Sonicare™ Diamond Clean Toothbrush, and a Philips™ Wake-Up Light (ARV: $1,750).
3. Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. States, D.C., and Puerto Rico, 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies ("Affiliate Entities") and their immediate families (or persons who reside in the same household whether related or not) are not eligible.
4. Prize Winner Selection and Notification:
A random sweepstakes drawing will be conducted on or about January 5, 2012. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the drawing.
