Fluted Pan Chicken
Here's the actual recipe - let me know what you think!
I buy the biggest chicken I can find....5-7 lbs and stand it up with
the post inside the cavity. I rub the outside with a bit of oil and
sprinkle it with Italian seasoning mix or whatever I like. During the
last hour, I put chunks of potatoes and carrots and onions around the
375 degrees for 2 1/4 hours.
