I dream about doing this. We would buy a pickup and fifth wheel trailer to live in. Housing is a real problem.

Folks working here are buying mansions in Phoenix that have lost their value in the last few years.

Too bad we are OLD...

Funny you mention age Mary. I think right now if I were in my 20's and did not have children who depended on me....I would gamble with my future a little more and either go back to college or change my career totally.
Maybe I should start panning for gold....lol

in AUS non hs grad guys are sometimes given choice... prison or work in mine for $200,000 to start. All miners start at that salary PLUS overtime.
