Japanese Fruit Pie
This pie has coconut, pecans, and dates in it. It is rather unusual, a form of pecan pie with a little twist!
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
2 medium eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup oleo, melted
1 Tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup dates
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup pecan pieces
Steps:
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell.
Bake in 325 degree F oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown and set
