i am reading A Million Little Pieces by James Frey. if you all can recall it's the guy who wrote about his life as a crackhead and alcoholic and a lot of it he made up. Oprah had him on the show and ripped him to shreds because she put him in her bookclub. anyways it's an excellent book. i have a hard time concentrating so i've been reading it for a few months now and i'm about half way through

I've just finished "Angels and Demons" and the "Davinci Code," both by Dan Brown, and a mystery by Sandra Brown, can't remember the title. Now I am reading "The Chronicles of Narnia" to my little boy a little at a time..We also read "Black Beauty" together....I hope he grows up to read and love books like I do.

Anybody got any good selection ideas??? Love to hear them....

Whoo Hoo Jenn! I LOVE Stephanie Plum! And Leanne, I am so glad that you read to your son! It is sooo important!

I am reading The Canary Trainer, from the memoirs of John Watson, M.D. - as edited by Nicholas Meyer. (A Sherlock Holmes mystery)
I love mysteries.

Thanks Nan!! I agree...and it is some of the BEST time that we spend together. He asks lots of questions about things when you read them. I bought the dvd of "Black Beauty" when he was smaller as he loved horses...then we read the book together, 2 chapters each night and he would get sooo into it. It's going like that for Narnia too. I love books and can't go without reading...I'll read almost anything with words--hopeless case. I hope he gets the bug too. I always think that books are better than movies, so much more detailed and colorful.
