American Eagle Thanksgiving Web Experience
I placed an order online on Thanksgiving. There was a code for half off I believe and free shipping. I've been anxiously waiting for my order to arrive, so I tracked the shipping today. My order was cancelled! I was never sent an email to let me know they were cancelling the order!
I called customer service today and was told that they didn't actually have the hoodies that I ordered in stock and that's why my order was cancelled. Hmmm....It sure would have been nice to get some sort of communication to let me know that it wasn't going to be sent. I told him that they did have the hoodies in the sizes I need, but not in the colors I originally ordered. Now my girls are getting the same color hoodie, but AE honored the same price and the free shipping. I was immediately sent an email confirmation for my order. I wonder if this one will get cancelled.
