10 inch flour tortillas-1 package 1 c. Cheddar cheese shredded
1 (8 oz.) container of sour cream 1 (4 oz.) can chopped ripe olives
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream cheese 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1/2 c. Chopped onions, chopped fine
Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Mix in remaining ingredients except tortillas.
Spread mixture on tortillas. Roll up. Let set 4 hours or overnight. Cut tortillas into 1/2 to 1
inch pieces. Serve with mild salsa if desired.
