i need amazon cc # for customer service

Does anyone have the amazon customer service # for amazon chase visa.
I applied online for the $30 promo...and it said congratulations I was approved, but there was an error applying it to my amazon account, i'm new to amazon so I don't know if thats what happened. But haven't heard from them and have no CC # to add to my account and can't find a number to call. I don't want to wait till the CC gets here. Looking to place an order but need my CC #..lol..So if anyone knows who I can call i'd apperciate it..TY in advance

I wish I could help, but I wouldn't know either. Is there a number under customer service on amazon.com that you can call? I bet Karen will know, she deals with amazon a bunch.

ahh...gotta love cc's...lol..well i called chase and i've been approved but basically told me wait a couple of days for it to go on to my account, because i didn't have an account or something....or i can wait 7-10 days for the card.. and they can't give me my number over the phone(which is good i guess)
so looks like i won't be making any purchases anytime soon...lmao
Hope this isn't going to be one of those companies i'm going to have problems with...lol..I use one cc for everything but $30 bucks is $30 bucks..oh well.. thanks for trying to help anyway missy

I love my Amazon credit card. Getting the free $25 gift certificates in the mail comes in handy.

...also my mom signed up for one....the trick is you need to have an account created so they can apply the CC to it..

..i'm happy now..thanks all for helping...can't wait to use this for xmas shopping....well..more xmas shopping..lmao
