To Participate: Visit blueroom.att.com between 12:00:00 AM Central Time ("CT") on 12/4/06 and 11:59:59 PM CT on 12/17/06 (the "Promotion Period") and complete & submit the Official Entry Form to be entered in the sweepstakes. You will need to enter your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, date of birth and a valid email address in the online entry form.
There is a limit of one entry per person/household/email address for the duration of the Promotion Period.
(1) Grand Prize: Trip for two (2) (winner and guest, age 21 or older) to Amsterdam, Netherlands. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor), 3-night standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (one room), two (2) tickets to attend the show (as determined by Sponsor). (Approximate Retail Value "ARV": $3,000). If the concert is cancelled, winner will receive trip less tickets to the performance and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to winner. If the concert is postponed, winner's trip will be re-scheduled for the date in which concert will take place.
Drawing: Potential winner shall be selected from among all valid entries received during the Promotion Period in a random drawing held on 12/19/2006 by CBS Radio Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Potential winner will be contacted by telephone, U.S. mail and/or overnight express. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
