I cook and chunk about 6 potatos and then I double my mama's deviled egg recipe. Instead of piping the yolk mixture into the white halves I mix it all together with the potatos.
6 hard boiled eggs chopped
Double of triple the follwing to taste and according to how many potatos you have.
1 tsp vinegar or pickle juice
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
4 T mayo
Couple dashes of tabasco if you like.
Sprinkle with papricka. I add a lil freshly ground pepper and sometimes fresh cilantro.
