I just saw "Hostage" and "Half Light" Both good movies. I recommend them. I also recommend "crash".
What kind of movies do you like...romance, horror, suspense?

Just watched The Brothers Grimm...was a lot better than I thought it would be. Recently watched House of D, which I'd never heard of before, but really liked it! It stars David Duchovny, Robin Williams, and Eryka Badu.

Trying to think, lol. We watch a lot of movies, well we were for a while. "Red Eye" was a really good movie.

"Million Dollar Baby" was really really good. I saw "Crash" too and it was really good. Will really open your eyes.

"The Constant Gardner" was good but very sad. But I think everyone should watch it. Another eye opener movie.

I really liked "Flight Plan" too. That is all I can think of now, lol. I am very picky though about movies. My husband watched all these with me!!!!

Thanks for these suggestions! I like any movie that has a gripping storyline. I like to be transported out of my "self" and my environment.

I thought WEDDING CRASHERS stunk...what a letdown. My daughter thought the same thing about MR AND MRS SMITH which I took off my rental list.

I did enjoy THE UPSIDE OF ANGER. Kevin Costner was surprisingly good.

Oooh...I actually loved The Wedding Crashers! Another pretty good one is The Wedding Date, although it's a bit older. Also Just Like Heaven was released this week. We saw it at the theater and it was great, so we already bought the DVD. We also bought Elizabethtown, but haven't watched it yet.

My husband and I loved "The Upside of Anger" too. Very good. And he usually for the most part watches action movies. But has been watching more movies with me and he likes some of them.

Another really good romantic comedy is "Must Love Dogs". It was really good. Surprised me.

I have seen other older movies, but can't think right now, lol. Will ask hubby later.

I will have to check out "Half Light" and "Just Like Heaven". Don't think I have heard of them.

Yes, "Hostage" was good too. My husband really liked that movie, action movie.

I was not too crazy about "Mr. and Mrs. Smith". Husband seemed to like it better.

I thought "The Day After Tomorrow" was really good. It is from 2004 though.
