Not to mention Ruff Chews was not, I believe, even mentioned in the 'title' as it turns out. I think the search only searches words in the title. That's why Karen suggested a while back to always put the company and/or brand of the product in the title. I might add here that I wrote them about my not receiving one item and they went head over heels to accommodate me. I would suggest to anyone that reads this to follow up on your complaints as it often turns out well. I think sometimes they are 'trying' you out and hope they won't hear from you. Live and learn!
