me too. i got in on the coppertone also. and this one. but i was mad when i logged on this morning. my tier score went from 10.6 to 9.6
said for not reporting bzz reports for coppertone campaign!!! i just signed up for it last night so how do they figure that!!!
If you read the agent training it says that your score does go down when you sign up for a new campaine but after you report back you get the report points plus 10 to put you back where you are supposed to be.
