When we ran our "Girls Night In" promotion we experienced 2 problems: 1) We had a problem with the link that was sent to our visitors and 2) Many visitors who did not complete the requirements for the rewards were emailed with an invalid link.

After checking our master list, we did not see your email address on our list of teens who successfully completed the rewards requirements for the "Girls Night In" freebie. If you feel that you did complete a television show survey/review AND the questions on the RewardsGold membership page, kindly send us your RewardsGold Member Number and/or the RewardsGold confirmation email that you would have received and we certainly will be happy to check on your rewards status.

Let me put this the way I see it.....they have been delaying this since the offer was presented in October and we all subsequently found out that the coupon was counterfeit. At first I believed that they were going to make good on it and were genuinely sorry that this happened and seemed to be embarassed by the whole thing. Now, with this LATEST "excuse" (or reason for NOT honoring the error), they have lost me as a supporter. They have waited just long enough for most of us to forget EXACTLY what were the terms for completing the original offer and have given themselves a way out by asking US to PROVE that we were eliglble in the first place! How many of you actually remember any of the terms and have "proof" that you deserved it? I know that I don't. Way to weasel out, Teen Freeway!! I personally plan on telling them I think they have "copped out" and will not make use of their site again, or promote it to others. Am I the only one who feels this way or does anyone else agree? If you do, let's all let them know how we feel about being led on this way.

i totally agree mary. i did everything i was supposed to do to get that deal and now they are saying that i didnt do some stupid survey or whatever they said?!?!?!?!
that is bs. and i am very mad. as mad as you. i plan on emailing them and telling them my 2 cents. i also plan on telling them that i am spreading the word about giving them a bad name.

after i said i didnt want the mag subscription and i wanted the blockbuster gift..........

i got this tonight.....Thank you very much for your e-mail.

We apologize for the long wait on the Girls' Night In replacement gift! We
have not sent out the replacement gifts yet because we are still waiting to
get special codes for each gift so that we do not have the same problem we
had with the original Girls' Night In gifts. This process is taking longer
than we expected, and we sincerely apologize!
