Default question

does anyone know where you could get a free medical id bracelet? I just cant afford one. Im looking for the kind that stores all your info on a chip and then emergency personnel just scan it and see all your info on a computer, i think theres a kind like that anyways. Thanks....

www.MyLifesavingID.com/medicaid.html
Use Offer Code: med050010068
Looks like this site will charge you for the ID but also has the medicaid
form and instructions so you can claim reimbursement.

I also suggest you contact your local hospital(s) to see if they know
of any assistance programs or free offers that you are eligible for.

If you have a Social Services Office in your area, they may also be able to help.
