Listening to music while working out may boost brain power
CLEVELAND -- New research finds that listening to music while exercising may help boost brain power.
A study looked at heart patients who worked out to music and others who worked out to silence. Those who exercised to music performed better on vocabulary tests.
Researchers think the combination may stimulate parts of the brain linked to thought and speech.
So put on the tunes while working out girls and increase your brain power
