$140+ Stress/Anxiety Disorder Study - Ages 18-65 - Chicago, IL area
Research Participants Needed! (ages 18-65 years, unmedicated, right-handed)
The Stress and Depression Laboratory (Dr. Jackie Gollan, Director) is conducting a project to study the relations among social behavior and facial muscle activity, and brain activity. We seek individuals who have:
1) Anxiety conditions
a. Panic Disorder with or without agoraphobia
b. Simple or general anxiety.
c. Social or specific phobias
2) Not taking anti-anxiety medication.
Compensation is $140 for two visits in addition to $10 for each visit for transportation and lunch. Research will take place both at the Northwestern University Asher Depression Center, Department of Psychiatry and the Center for Social Neuroscience at University of Chicago, Department of Psychology.
