Clam Stuffed Pasta Shells
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams,
undrained
1/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
8 jumbo pasta shells, freshly cooked
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1/2 tsp. mixed Italian herbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine clams with liquid, bread crumbs and cheese. Spoon mixture into pasta shells. (Can be prepared 3 hours ahead, covered and refrigerated.) Melt butter in 8" square baking dish in oven. Stir in herb mixture. Arrange pasta shells in dish and spoon butter over. Bake 20 minutes
