I have never rented before and will be renting a townhouse starting next week.......I know about the conversion of power and getting cable hook up etc........but what else do I need to buy? Rental insurance?
Any ideas would be appreciated.

since this is a thread on rental questions, does anyone know how to find renters legal rights? My new neighbor has been coming home to find that the landlord has been coming inside while she is gone. I know it can't be right for him to do that, but there must be some kind of list for her.
