Re: Infant congestion- try this



Prop up the head end of his crib so it's higher than the other end by about 2 inches. (We took the casters off one end of ours). If it's reflux like the doc says, this will help. If it's sinus drainage/congestion this will also help. You can try using a vaporizer for a few hours before bedtime with the door closed (or during the night with the door ajar a few inches so it doesn't get too humid in there), or possibly the appropriate dose of an infant decongestant (such as pseudoephedrine).
