How to Enter: GAC's "PBR Finals Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 8:00 a.m. (Eastern Time ["ET"]) on September 22, 2008, and ends at 8:00 a.m. ET on October 13, 2008.

To enter, fill in the online entry form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions. All entries must be received by 7:59:59 a.m. ET on October 13, 2008 to be eligible. If an entrant uses multiple e-mail addresses to submit more than one online entry for a given day, only the first online entry for that day will count.

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, and have a valid e-mail address and internet access prior to September 22, 2008. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the U.S. and where prohibited by law.

Prize Drawing: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period on or about October 15, 2008 by Ritway, Inc., an independent judging organization ("Sweepstakes Administrator"). The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by phone, e-mail, and/or U.S. mail on or about October 17, 2008.

Prizes: Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win one (1) trip to Las Vegas for the PBR Bull Riding Finals from October 31 – November 2, 2008 for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest consisting of the following: (a) round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) people between the major U.S. commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence and Las Vegas; (b) ground transportation between the airport and hotel (the "Hotel"); (c) luxury Hotel accommodations in one (1) double occupancy room for four (4) days/three (3) nights (room rate and tax only); (d) two (2) VIP Pre-Party passes; (e) two (2) tickets to the PBR Bull Riding Finals; and (f) one (1) PBR Merchandise Pack (for the Grand Prize Winner only) consisting of products provided by the Professional Bull Riders Association (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $50). (ARV of the trip package to Las Vegas: $1,830). The total ARV of the Grand Prize: $1,880. Total ARV of all prizes in the Sweepstakes: $1,880
