1 pot of coffee (10-cup equivalent)
1/2 cup sugar (bakerís sugar is best with itís smaller quicker to dissolve granules)
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch grated nutmeg
whipping cream for topping
Prepare pot of coffee.
In a medium sauce pan, heat water to a low boil. Add sugar, cocoa, cinnamon and nutmeg. Bring back to a low boil for about a minute - stirring occasionally.
Combine coffee and holiday mixture and serve topped with whipped cream.
