Pig Pickin Cake - Very Easy

PIG - PICKIN CAKE

1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
3 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (drained)

ICING:

1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip (lite)
1 pkg. sugar free instant vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapple

Mix all cake ingredients together. Put in 3 (9 inch) cake
pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until
done.

Mix all icing ingredients together and put icing on cake.

The name of the cake definitely got my attention. lol
Just one question.......do you drain the juice from the mandarin oranges first or put it all into the cake mix?

I just used the last can of crushed pineapples for the ham I baked!! Darn, now I gotta run to the store for that. This sounds so good!!
