I love to do a pork roast, but beef works too. I stuff it with onions, garlic, and seasonings, tie it up with string and wrap it in foil and cook for a few of hours on a med. high heat. Then I open the foil and let it cook for another 20 - 30 minutes to crisp the outside. YUMMMMMM
