Gripe About Tassimo Coffee Maker Service
We are serious coffee lovers and splurged last year by purchasing a Tassimo Single Serve Coffee Maker. We love it. However, a few days ago it quit working. Fortunately, it has a two year warranty (we love that too). Unfortunately, when I called customer service they informed me that they will send me a postage paid return sticker (very nice) to send it to a service center. However it will take two weeks to receive the sticker and 4 weeks for the service to be completed. Fortunately, we do have a backup coffee maker, but if we didn't, we would be without a coffee maker for 6 weeks. I would be one cranky woman!!!
