Smile Taco Dish

Taco Dish

1 roll crescent rolls

1 pound hamburger

1 package taco seasoning mix

8 ounces sour cream

1 8-ounce package grated cheddar cheese

1 8-ounce package grated mozzarella cheese Spread crescent rolls in greased 9 by 13 pan. Fry hamburger, drain, then add taco seasoning, 1/4 cup water, stir and then add sour cream. Spread over crescent rolls.

Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and dough is golden brown at the edges. Top with crushed tortilla chips, lettuce, tomatoes and any other toppings you might like.

Note: The toppings really make this delicious. If you will have leftovers, however, top separately so you can reheat the meat mixture without reheating crushed tortilla chips, lettuce or tomatoes. This is fun for a group who may like different toppings if you present toppings separately in small bowls on serving table.
