SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 3:00:00 p.m. Central Time (CT) on Thursday, February 12, 2009 and
ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on Friday, April 24, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

You will be requested to submit the following information: complete first and last name, address (including zip code), daytime phone number and email address. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may disqualify you from the Sweepstakes as provided herein. Entries for the drawing must be received by Sponsor between Thursday February 12, 2009 3:00:00 p.m. CT and Friday, April 24, 2009 11:59:59 p.m. CT in order to be eligible for the drawing. Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address. Any entries received from any person/email address in excess of the limit stated for the Sweepstakes Period will void the excess entries.
DRAWING: All Entries will be sorted into nine (9) regions based upon the zip code submitted with the Entry.
Winners will be selected in one (1) of nine (9) random drawings, one (1) winner being selected from each of the nine (9) regions, within 30 days from Sweepstakes end from all eligible entries received by Sponsor or its designee, by the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
WINNER NOTIFICATION & ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZE: Each winner will be notified by telephone, then by U.P.S. Delivery Service and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, which must be received by Sponsor within 14 days of the date of notification of Prize.
