Eligibility: Banana Republic's Escape to Paradise Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on May 22, 2006 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on June 20, 2006 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").

Each participant may receive one (1) entry per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address.
Grand Prize Drawing: Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around June 22, 2006. The potential winner will be notified by mail, email or phone.
Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Trip for two (2) to the Republic of Maldives.
