The BIGresearch "Fall Festival" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to U.S. residents, 14 years of age and older. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER

Any qualified person can enter the Sweepstakes by becoming a qualified entrant in a BIGresearch, LLC. ("BIGresearch") survey conducted between September 28, 2009 and November 30, 2009. All qualified entries will be treated equally. All information provided to BIGresearch in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be treated by BIGresearch in accordance with BIGresearch’s privacy policy,and shall be the sole and exclusive property of BIGresearch.

ENTRY LIMIT

All Entrants must provide accurate e-mail address or other valid contact information to be eligible to win the Sweepstakes. SELECTION OF WINNERS

Sweepstakes entries will be accepted from September 28, 2009 through November 30, 2009. One hundred and seventy-five (175) Sweepstakes Prize winners will be chosen by a random drawing from all eligible entries before December 31, 2009. Each winner will be randomly awarded one (1) of the prizes listed above. The winners will be notified via the e-mail address provided by the entrants as contact information and will have 30 days from the date he/she is notified to redeem the prize. Failure to respond within 30 days of notification will result in the disqualification of the Winner.
