I had a mag I recieved about 2 months ago, it showed how to make & install your own drop ceiling light, not once did it say anything about making sure electric was turned off. It showed him splicing into the other wires in the ceiling, and although I NO its common sense, people can tend to go exactly by the instructions, and those didnt say one thing about turning off the electricity running to it.
