I'm a die-hard Arial fan. I learned in Ad Design classes in college that sans serif fonts (the ones without the extra line at the ends of the letters) are much easier to read. The standard font on MBB (Verdana) is a nice one as well.

Here are some comparisons for your viewing pleasure:

First, the sans serif:

Ditto on being an Arial fan. It IS so much more readable and I'm kinda shocked that a sans serif font isn't higher on the list (less ink used without the serifs!) Work tried to change us to Times Roman, which I just don't like. . .besides if you have to scan stuff a sans serif font is read by machines much cleaner too!
