Mom's the Best (by a mile!) Sweepstakes

Eligibility: Mom's the Best (by a mile!) Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old and a member of the Delta SkyMiles® Program at the time of entry.

Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on April 19, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 12, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). The promotion consists of twenty-four (24) daily entry periods (each a "Daily Entry Period"), each of which begins at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET per day.

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit www.harryanddavid.com/go/momsweeps and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Limit: Each participant may enter one (1) time per Daily Entry Period during the Promotion Period. Tell A Friend Program: After you enter the Sweepstakes, you will be invited to submit the names and email addresses of up to five (5) friends who must be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Each person that you refer will receive an email notifying him or her about the Sweepstakes. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing relationship. For each referral of up to five (5) friends with valid email addresses, you will be given one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes up to a total of five (5) additional entries per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize Drawings: Administrator will randomly select the potential Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around May 13, 2010. Administrator will also randomly select one potential (1) First Prize winner from all eligible entries received during each Daily Entry Period, on or around the following business day. Non-winning entries from each Daily Entry Period will carry over into subsequent Daily Entry Period drawings. The potential winners will be notified by email, mail or phone.

Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: 1,000,000 Delta SkyMiles®. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $15,000.

TWENTY-FOUR (24) FIRST PRIZES: 35,000 Delta SkyMiles®. ARV: $525. Miles will be awarded to the winner’s SkyMiles account.
