Frosty Summer Vacation Sweepstakes

Eligibility: Frosty Summer Vacation Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes begins on May 24, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on June 6, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit apps.facebook.com/find_frosty and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Then, follow the links and instructions to complete the online scavenger hunt to find the letters in the word FROSTY. The clues will be released at some point during the following days: the letter F clue – May 24; R – May 26, O – May 28, S – May 31; T – June 2; and Y – June 4. If you are one of the people who locate the letter BEFORE the clue for the next letter is released (and for Y, before the Promotion Period ends), you will receive one (1) entry into the drawing for that letter. If you locate all six (6) letters in the word FROSTY before the end of the Promotion Period, you will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing. Limit: Each participant may receive one (1) entry for each letter and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing, during the Promotion Period.

Drawings: Administrator will randomly select ten (10) potential First Prize winners from among all eligible entries received for each letter ("First Prize Drawing"), and one (1) potential Grand Prize winner from among all eligible entries received for that prize during the Promotion Period, on or around June 9, 2010. The potential winners will be notified by email, mail or phone.

Prizes:

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to winner's choice of either Juneau, AK or Honolulu, HI. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,400.

SIXTY (60) FIRST PRIZES (TEN (10) PER FIRST PRIZE DRAWING): A $25 Wendy's gift card.
